Mexico, Jul. 12 (Notimex).- President Enrique Peña Nieto issued the Decree Promulgating the Agreement between the United Mexican States and the Swiss Confederation on Regular Air Services.
The document, published in the morning edition of the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), explains that on November 4, 2016, in Mexico City, the Plenipotentiary of the United Mexican States, duly authorized for that purpose, signed ad referendum the Agreement between the United Mexican States and the Swiss Confederation on Regular Air Services, whose text in Spanish is included in the attached certified copy.
It points out that the aforementioned Agreement was approved by the Senate of the Honorable Congress of the Union, on April 26, 2018, according to a decree published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22 of the same year.
In addition, the notifications referred to in Article 23 of the Agreement were made in Mexico City on October 5, 2017 and June 22, 2018.
Therefore, for its due observance, in compliance with the provisions of Section I of Article 89 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, President Enrique Peña Nieto promulgated this Decree on July 6, 2018, in Mexico City.
This Decree will enter into force on July 22, 2018.
